Incredible staff made our trip memorable, but the Wi-Fi coverage needs improvement.

Exceptional service, but average Wi-Fi

I had a wonderful six-night stay in a Deluxe Room Garden View where the room was spacious and breakfast options were deliciously fresh. The warmth of the staff made each day special.

The Wi-Fi was unstable, and I did experience some delays during check-in, taking over an hour to get my room key, which dampened the excited arrival mood.

Had a great time! The beach view room was beautiful, but Wi-Fi could be better and some staff seemed rushed at times. The breakfast was amazing!

WiFi struggled to keep up during my stay, resulting in frustrating drops that hindered connectivity. The spa and fitness center, although temporary, operated out of a sister hotel and didn’t provide the same level of quality expected onsite. For activities, non-beach games like table tennis and billiards were unavailable and the alternative at the sister hotel left much to be desired. a battered pool table wasn't the best option.

Breakfast options were delicious and fresh, but the Wi-Fi was unstable sometimes.

I had an amazing four-night escape in a Deluxe Room Garden View that truly took my breath away! Each morning, I woke up to stunning views of lush gardens that felt like being in my own little paradise. Plus, the delightfully diverse dining options made every meal a fresh adventure—the flavors were to die for!

i had an amazin time at serry beach resort! the staff were super friendly and remembered what drinks i liked. the food was delish with lots of options every meal. my room was comfy and clean, best place to relax. also, the beach was beautiful and not too crowded!

however, there were some issues with the wifi, and the check-in process took way too long. i had to wait over an hour for my room key after a long trip.

My stay was fantastic! The yoga at sunrise and pottery classes were such unique experiences, adding a fantastic touch to our holiday. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful amenities like a variety of drinks in the mini bar and replenished daily. The staff, especially Lisa and Mido, truly transformed our experience with their remarkable service. I can't wait to return!

The service was exceptional. Fatima at reception ensured our needs were met. A wide variety of delicious food was available, and late breakfast was very convenient. The Deluxe Twin Room Garden View was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. 😊
